CARE & REPAIR SERVICE
Offering a new service to Landlords who wish to remain in control financially but do not wish to have to deal with the inconvenience and hassle of organising maintenance throughout the term of a contract at properties they may own.
This service includes the following:
Visit property, assess condition, confirm with Landlord if any repairs are required.
Receive all relevant current safety certificates for property along with full set of keys.
Be the point of contact for the tenants should any maintenance issues arise, investigate and repair.
Dedicated team of tradesmen on call 7 days a week for emergency repairs (within 48hrs), all repairs carried out to high standard as quickly as possible.
Inform landlord of repairs and issue payment invoice.
At the end of the tenancy write to/contact landlord with regards to any damage caused by tenants and general condition of property.
For your comparison this service will be charged at monthly rate dependant on the size of property.
